PONDOK - Is it a tadpole? Or a crude South African shelter? Or a submerged aquatic plant of the lily family?
Help please, cannot find it anywhere!

Hi Dutchy
Many thanks - I saw enough of them in Johannesberg - but only ever heard them referred to as shanties.
