Lovatts November Big No.153- The Demon

Evidently the Sheltie as a breed traces back to Shetland sheep dogs being cross bred with Border Collies (although I am no expert!). If this is so, I assume COLLIE is correct.

Thankyou for the 2 websites that you included as references- I read the information on both of them, and they helped to ease my mind with regard to 'collie' as the answer to 'Shetland dog breed', especially since I wasn't getting very far with my own enquiries on the matter!
