Halloween Night
Pumpkin monster sits
On red, yellow, green dried leaves
Scaring small children
Root beer barrels and
Peanut butter logs are the
Only things that count
Too much candy at
work and it makes me sluggish
sorry, boss lady
Boo
Trees shed their clothes, while
Ghosts, goblins dance in graveyards
Singing boo, boo, boo
I would really like
To be a naked tree too
All bark and no bite
Doorbells ringing scare
my neighbor's dog, he barks and
don't give him choc'late
Peroxide will make
Chocolate eating dogs barf
But ask your vet first!
Costume
Gathering colored
Leaves for my mother nature
Disguise late tonight
Grinning Moon
October moon grins
Down on us, as witch rides her
Broom with big black cat
footsteps in the fog
a creaking hinge at midnight
chills run up my spine
Peroxide will make
your hair blonder, might also
alter Fido's fur
scary night
gives me a fright
bring me candy or some light
I'll appear scared
I'll appear fright
It's witches and ghost's Halloween night
but come the day
I'll scare them away
witches and ghosts when on their way
