How do I find the flux density and flux for this problem?

I am currently doing a tutorial question about flux. I consulted my junior tutor, he also don't know how to do it.


Find the flux density and flux in each of the outer limbs and the central limbs.

No very clear, but I hope you can see it.
Hope that experts could give me some guide to do it.
