It means multiplication and addition are the same for 14 days.
As they are weeks.

The magic number 360/7=51.428571.
20+20=40/1.428571=14+14=28.
So you can convert from adding twenty equations with the units of a ten day week.
To a seven day week.
They are still 2+2=4.
That means you can add millions of equations and cancel the zeros and still get 2+2=4 as your equation as long as you use a ten day week.
