Ratio of surface area of cube and surface area of cube is 1:1 because both entities are same

But I feel you are asking ration of surface area SA() of the sphere and cylinder

Let side of cube = a

radius of the cylinder and sphere r= a/2

SA(Sphere) = 4*pi*r^2

SA(Cylinder) = 2*pi*r^2 + 2*pi*r*h.

Here h is the height of the cylinder = side of the cube = a,
r is the radius of the sphere and cylinder's top = a/2

SA(Sphere)/SA(Cylinder)

= 4pi(a/2)^2 / [2pi(a/2)^2 + 2pi(a/2)*a]

= 2/3
