Yes, the first equation is a circle of radius = 4 if I remember my math correctly. The other one has a displacement of 4... they might not even overlap... but since 0 its not one of the options, the answer is 2! Tables work.

Haha, you might be right. The problem is that my TI died... and my level of laziness is sky-high. I supposed that was the answer, so if you are right, I incorrectly rushed to the answer ... but it made it more interesting!

haha as all technology... i cannot get my head around these computer graph plotters.. its determined to wrech my head...
