Following the presentation of pictures of the remarkable oldest object in the universe yet discovered ( for authors and pictures see
http://map.gsfc.nasa.gov/m_mm.html ) scientists have come up with a remarkable new theory of the universe and time! Take it away Prof's:
"Because of the discovery of an object 13 billion years old and formed only 379,000 years after the Big Bang, we are forced to come to this remarkable conclusion: Because the light from the object is 13 billion years old and because the object must have taken at least that amount of time for it to get where it is, then the universe is probably about twice as old as it actually is - about 26 billion years. This means that however old the universe is, the universe is at least twice as old as that. This is caused by laws not yet developed by science. We call it the "Time mistake" affect."
