Following on the footseps of CHAOS theory, top cosmologists working at the Los Alamos Research Centre for Applied Nuclear Physics have come up with a NEW concept. They call it 'The Least'.
The Least is a mathematical construction defined as "that physical point where QM probability restrictions and metaphysical obscuration make it impossible to conclusively answer certain fundamental questions on time and space".
In particular the scientists have used the concept of The Least to give a conclusive answer to a fundamental question that have bothered them for years.... " What is the minimum time required for event A to become event B". The answer is The Least, but the complexity of the maths puts it beyond the understanding of Joe Public.
how close must you be to something beforeyou touch it?
How many times can you divide something in half before you have nothing?
Easy to understand as a theory, impractical to test in reality.
Are you sure that you didnt make up the labs name? Ive worked out at Los Alamos and Ive never heard of the "Centre for applied nuclearphysics"
They have divisions and departments out there.

He's talking about "that physical point where QM probability restrictions and metaphysical obscuration make it impossible to conclusively answer certain fundamental questions blah blah blah."
It's a witty joke.
if you notice my first response and parados both were in the spirit of his fool point. Im just reminding him that, in order to make something sound real, try to at least get the name of the organizationto which you attribute your ****, correct.
The ONION he aint.
