Obsessed-w/-music folks: Give me a clue!

my man is into music he loves his music, he has this huge collection of CD's and DVD's, he will talk about bands, songs etc only to those who are like minded...yes I too can get bored with it, but hey at the end of the day its his thing!....
for me on the other hand, the eyes roll and the yawns start when friends and other people start talking about their kids, maaan thats got to be the most boring of topics!

I played at an all day benefit to raise money for the victims of Katrina and I enjoyed listening and talking to other musicians..but I feel sorry for some of the girlfriends....yawn
