Pretty simple. I'll go first and choose a very niche subject for a new museum to be specialized in, beginning with A. Then the next person chooses a very niche subject for a hypothetical museum (of their dreams or nightmares) beginning with the next letter, B, and so forth.

Museum of Chance
No bones about it, this is probably the most dicey museum of your lot.
