There are handy hints somewhere in the Forum Help forum...
it involves - for your own photos - getting a secondary site like photobucket or imageshack or I suppose many other sites, where you can put on your own photo that you have in some file to their site, and it is sized to fit to be put into websites, and you end up with an URL, not just a jpeg.
If you don't know what I'm talking about, neither did I, not so long ago.
