Lightning takes Baltimore tonight

I missed seeing a great game Thursday night judging by highlights. We with antennas miss lots of good stuff.

The Bengals elect to go for a two-point conversion and the win rather than
a one-point conversion and overtime. They failed and lost the game.

The Burrows-Chase show was wondrous to behold!

All day long I will have a mental image of you with antennas a la "My Favorite Martian".

Me and the wife say "Nanu nanu" a lot.

It was especially amazing considering Higgins and Orlando Brown were unavailable, and after having lost Erick All for the season last week.

But that defense.. I don't know what to make of it. They've been awful to watch for most of the season, and it was right about the point last night when I started wondering if they were finally figuring things out that Chase Brown had the strip-fumble, and the Ravens' 21-0 run started.

Even despite a season of mostly poor defense, and plenty of times where the offense couldn't get anything going long enough for opponents to stay in it, Cincinnati stands only a handful of plays away from a 6-4 or 7-3 record. Instead they're 4-6, and needless to say, there is much weeping and gnashing of teeth over in the Bengals subreddit again this week.

Not sure if this is of interest to anyone else in the group, but I've been using this site for years to track which games we'll be able to see locally. It comes out every Thursday afternoon.
