Please further edit your posts and provide better clues as to what you’re on about. (For example, the term ‘commune’ makes no sense.) It might be me, but I've never noticed a single post that makes a bit of sense.

Their a2k posting history might make a bit more sense if by commune they mean cult.

Silly for us to have to guess when it’s the OP responsibility to have the post make some sense to others. I suspect that the author is from outside of US and/or has poor language skills. Also, from their history of posts there seems to be flights of fancy and some imaginary friends or enemies.

FWIW, ‘Commune’ can be replaced with community.

Have you asked the question from the source - the commune leaders? How do they respond? Strangers on the internet can’t possibly know the answers you seek.

I don't believe we have any professional foresters or arborists as active members on a2k. Look enlist a local conservationist nonprofit to get help from regarding this community issue.
