Is this sentence clear or is there a better choice:
By signing this form, I acknowledge that ABC will not be held responsible for any damage to my appliances needing to be moved during the entire repair process.

I would say: By signing this form, I acknowledge that ABC is not responsible for damages to appliances moved during the repair process.
