Around 2018 I believe Shudder had a movie with premiss -gets caught by mom murdering a girl, mom sends boy to “killer” rehab. Daily his treatment is to literally cut glass looking pieces out to reveal goodnes. Ends up transforming and killing everyone. Ugh! I don’t know names or actors. So obscure
