Is there a way to halt production of T-cells? And if so, can you resume production after the treatment stopping their creation?

Well, HIV attacks the T-cells and pretty well wipes them out. But I don't know whether there's a method to make the process regenerate.

I'm just saying you take a pill or have a medical procedure, you stop production of T-cells, and then you take another pill/have a medical procedure, and they start getting made again.
