Nero does all of that. Mine came with my Sony DVD burner.

It's kind of expensive to buy separately. I think I only paid $120.00 for the burner and software, they want $99.00 just for the software here, but I do like it and I think it's worth it.

With my copy I can import from many diferent video formats but MPG works the best. I can also use it to make MPG files that are of broadcast quality. It does a lot of other things that I haven't even used yet. I don't think the website does it justice.
