Advice from religious people, from priest

One of the things I use as a personal moral compass is to consider if I feel the need to keep something a secret from other people.

I have found that if I do, that usually means that my conscience is bothering me.

Dating does not count

Marriage does.

Why don't you get married?

He could be "Dating" somebody right now, and you are there in your rocking chair thinking "ohheee this could be the one".

I ran into a priest who was upset about the fact that the young girls of his church did not see him as an ideal companion.

Again this does not sound like a relationship, but casual sex and or association with the opposite sex.
