Facebook Activity Log Friendship connections not showing history once deleted

Hi , I have searched all over the internet for an answer to this question and had no luck.... I am wanting to know why when you go to your activity log on your profile and click on connections , which then shows you friend requests sent, received and friends you have deleted and the date etc on a timeline, why if you deleted someone , you can no longer see any of the history of friendship with them before that ? Example: I become friends with you on the 1st September , I then delete you on the 2nd September , I can no longer see the date we become friends before I deleted you after you have been removed from my friends list if that makes sense ? It won't show me who sent who the friend request , what date we become friends , it will only show on the timeline the date I removed you from my friends list.
Please someone help !!!! It's driving me crazy and I really need to know if it's possible to see that data at all ? I hope I've made some sense and thankyou in advance !
