First downs after both teams turn over ball on same play

Team A has the ball on 3rd and 10 on the 30 yard line. They run the ball and advance to the thirty-five where they fumble. Team B recovers but, after obtaining possession, then itself fumbles the ball and Team A recovers with it’s player tackled at the 32. Does Team A now have the ball on 4th down and eight or, with the intervening event of Team B possessing the ball, does Team A now have a first down and ten?
