The Clemson Act of 1992 (Federal Law)

I'd like to challenge the Clemson Act of 1992.

It isn't a parents rights act, it's a felony to refuse marriage to a police officer, gay straight prejudiced or otherwise.

How do we get police adjutants to stop threatening our parents into marriages for us based on petty fines, felonies, or family histories?

Who's this pig, that thinks they can lie on the way they intended the law, versus the way it's written?
