With reference to commerce occurring wholly within the borders of a single U.S. State, does that State have jurisdiction?; or

The federal government (per the U.S. Constitution's Commerce Clause)?

I open a business that has one location in one U.S. State.

The U.S. Constitution has a Commerce Clause (To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes).

Does the federal government thereby have jurisdiction in matters relating to my business?
