Not sure what you're asking but----by the order of operations

sqrt{x^2 +sqrt{1 + 0})=sqrt{x^2 +sqrt{1})=sqrt{x^2 +/-1)

Two possibilities

sqrt(x^2-1) and sqrt(x^2+1)

The former becomes
sqrt(x^2-1)=sqrt{(x+1)(x-1)}=sqrt(x+1)sqrt(x-1)

The latter becomes
sqrt(x^2+1)=sqrt{(x+i)(x-i)}=sqrt(x+i)sqrt(x-i)
