I'm now planning to vacation in Norfolk, UK. Is anyone from there first of all? If not, has anyone been there before?

Any suggestions of where to visit? What to eat? Where to have a great time? What to do, etc.?

Also, how far is Norfolk from Oxford University, Cambridge University, and London?

Is it easy to rent a car to drive around?

If you look at a map of England, you will see a "bulge" on the eastern shore line--that is East Anglia. East Anglia is divided into Norfolk and Suffolk (from the northern folk and the southern folk of the Angles). Given that distances on that island are pretty small in comparison to making a cross country drive in the United States, yes, Norfolk is close to all of those places.

This is a link to Ordnance Survey maps (which must be purchased) for Norfolk.

As you can see, Norfolk (yellow blob at the top) is quite close to Cambridge.

This is a link for Norfolk Tourist information, with quite a bit of good advice and "sights to see" information.
