My account [email protected] with the fb name of - Billy Jake Calapre was disabled in Facebook app for "you're too young to have a Facebook" i joined Facebook since 2009 and base on my profile pictures I have a wife and have 2 kids already. I'd like to ask why or how it happened. P. S - i already sent my drivers license pic by the way.

And also my messenger was also disabled due to "child sexual exploitation" how and why? I didn't send nor recieved any form of images & videos related to child Sexual content nor adult sexual content.

Hope you answer my question because not so long ago i posted a pic of my son & daughter smiling at the restaurant & got deleted by Facebook due to child sexual exploitation as well. How in the world was that about sexual? Smh, did someone purposely prank report my account?

hope you & your team will reply to my concern.

@Billyjake03,
For some reason Facebook queries come here.

A2K has nothing whatsoever to do with Facebook.

This is not Facebook.

Ask them.

@Billyjake03,
We're not Facebook.

However, I would suggest trying here: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/968402779873601

It's about FB business but they have an appeals mechanism and it may be a way to get the ear of someone who can transfer you to the right department.

FB is mainly moderated automatically, and the system is rife with error. Humans are mainly delegated to dealing with truly egregious porn and violent images (FB moderators have reported PTSD from their experiences).

So you can end up with a ridiculous situation like this.

I would also suggest checking your local (city, county, state) sex offenders lists and see if there's anyone with a name similar to your own. That may be where FB is getting confused. They shouldn't be, of course, but it would help explain at least a few things. You may even consider going to your local precinct house and having them write up something showing that you're not the guy on the sex offender list.
