Hufu: food for cannibals

Mark Nuckols, a business student at Dartmouth, has begun selling a tofu-like food, Hufu, that is flavored to resemble what he believes is the taste of human flesh. His target audience is those who already enjoy cooking with tofu, as well as any actual cannibals who might settle for artificiality in order to avoid legal problems and logistical hassles. Nuckols said he has never tasted human flesh but based his recipe on cannibals' reported descriptions of the flavor.

A nice turn of phrase.

Why would that be?

Jeffery Dalmer was only arrested after trying to sell arms to Iraq.

Seems rather picky. What was so wrong with the legs?

feet were a costly optional expense, but lend a hand was included base price. Lending of ears, of course, was just a sales pitch. Dick Cheney made a bundle on the more profitable parts ere Jeffery came on the scene.

-and of course you are right. Dahmer was so infuriated with Cheney, that when he took revenge against him, it completely ruined his chances of ever doing a commercial for A-1 Steak Sauce.

Are you sure? Found the below pic, and he's seems to be pitching for them...

Fijian company stirred up a fuss by marketing 'Cannibal Sauce' a few years back.

Jeffreys parents came to visit him one weekend several years back. At dinner his Mother commented that she didn't care much for Jeffreys neighbor.

He suggested she try the corn.

Now, I see that a little Fijian sauce could have made all the difference.

A little Chianti and some fava beans could have helped too.....

One thing which perplexes my seldom tortured mind is the question of whether or not cannibals eat cannibals. Is it it consider a breach of etiquette?

With regards to cheap and tacky mass marketed sauces for my dinner, er, um, er....parts....I prefer making a tasty sauce which involves soaking their brain in a gentle red wine overnight and then letting it simmer for 3 hours after which... uh, why is everyone looking at me that way?

Main thing to remember is to serve the food while it's still piping hot and to garnish the various parts appropriately and serve with some baked potatoes (you can bake them along the edges of the fire surrounding your dinner pot).

So back to the question: Is it okay to eat another cannibal or not? I have seen a particularly tasty looking one recently...
