Which sentence is correct or a better choice:
Below is the list of project managers who Amy and I will be working with.
or
Below is the list of project managers that Amy and I will be working with

They're both correct in today's vernacular (the first one is grammatically incorrect with the use of 'who' instead of 'whom' but no one uses 'whom' anymore, so it's acceptable). The second sentence avoids that issue by using 'that' and is also fine.
