@edgarblythe,
Yes that sounds good Edgar, I am not adverse to sweetening gelatin myself.

I recently bought some cane sugar/honey granules. (it is not really "powdered")

https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B078PNDN8H/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00

Still waiting for it to show up in the mail. Smile

Only two ingredients and no silica or other toxic preservatives.

I take a garlic supplement.

And I also take a blueberry and a tart cherry supplement.

Garlic

Tart Cherry
https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QG6QKFC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title

Blueberry
https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Z9PPMNT/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title

I only take one blueberry and cherry pill a day sometimes two of each, usually only one of each.

Next time I may try another kind of blueberry plant. "Bilberry"

This stuff noticeably freaks out my dreams, I think it improves my sleep. 😁

(Take a half hour before bedtime.)

I've had restless sleep for years. Lately I've been covering my head at night and my sleep is 50% better.

@edgarblythe,
What do you mean covering your head? Like wearing a hat?

@edgarblythe,
Hmm, I will pass that on to a friend who has trouble sleeping.

Do you cover your face or just your head?

@TheCobbler,
Specifically over the top of the head and over the eyes, to shield from the clock light beside the bed.

@edgarblythe,
I have been thinking about the blanket around the head thing. I think the logic works like this. If you make your head warmer then your head will lower your body temperature. If your head is out of the covers and is the coldest part of your body it says, I am cold and thus it raises your body temperature to compensate.

Smart logic I think.

@TheCobbler,
Something like that I'm pretty sure.
I wrote on here that I eat one or two Brazille nuts for selenium. Yesterday I saw a story by a doctor claiming that one should only eat sprouted Brazille nuts. I looked elsewhere for corroborating stories but failed to find even one. So for now I still eat them out of the package.

This one is the new liposomal form, so it is sure to enter your bloodstream and not just get digested by stomach acids.

The reason why your doctor does not recommend supplements is because if they do they will lose their medical license.

Medical doctors are supposed to treat disease, not prevent it.

Nutritionists prevent disease and if you want to be a nutritionist you cannot also hold a medical license.

How messed up is that?
