It's beyond a joke, it's not like we don't have deniers over here, but they are fringe.

So much of it over there seems relatively mainstream.

I can't see why sojany distrust a vaccine, but will embrace quack cures.

They're so ignorant as well. So much anti vaxx nonsense starts off by asking if the reader wax aware vaccines use part of the virus.

Well yes, I have an O level in Biology I studied it as school. I've known that was the case since I was 11.

How is this page (and this thread) anything other than Politically Motivated Death Porn. It is disgusting.

Here are the problem.
- This is tabloid, conspiracy theory.
- It is using death to excite political partisans.
- It is unsourced. They are using "social media" posts to invent a story.
- It is irrelevant. More people die from heart disease than from covid. We don't have these death porn posts about heart disease.

Sure, I will take the abuse. But it has to be said. Using death to make a politically extreme point is pretty disgusting.

If you are so far in the liberal bubble that you don't get it... change Covid to hypertension and vaccination to weight loss and see how that awful page reads.

The real problem here is that liberal extremists don't see people outside the bubble as human beings. You would never want a page like this posted about someone you care about.

If when your parents died, someone went through their social media posts to mock their beliefs and then published it publicly and made up stories about them to make a political point... you don't think this would be awful?

And no, if what they posted were true, I'd accept it (and so do their families). If they weren't, I'd rebut or sue.

Once you're in the public eye, you're in the public eye - you're not safe from any of this stuff... whether you're on social media or are a celebrity, politician, etc. It's open season.

You have to accept there will be cheap shots, paparazzi, opinion pieces and whatnot.

I don't care what others' opinions are because they only know a tiny bit of the person. If someone thought my daughter was a beyotch - why would I care? I know what she's really like.

And then, too, I always consider the source.

This is a public post mocking someone who died to make a political point. You don't know it is true (neither do I). I don't assume nasty posts on social media are true. Honestly, this is revenge porn; does whether it is true or not even matter?

If it turned out this was a lie, and John Adams and his wife didn't actually die of Covid... would you then accept that this post is pretty disgusting?

Actually, to be honest, I don't know if I would find it disgusting and I don't think he's mocking. Maybe his intent was just to inform. To prove his point and it didn't matter who he posted about - just another anti-vaxxer who died of Covid. I don't know what's really disgusting about that. It's like a "Listen up" call.
