1. I believe this is the correct verdict. I don't think there was ever that much question here among non-biased legal experts.
2. The prosecution did a really bad job. If you want to blame someone, blame the prosecutor. If he had gone for lesser charges in the first case, he may have gotten something.
3. Whining about the judge is ridiculous. Just stop. Everyone knew from the beginning that this was a difficult, if not impossible, case for the prosecution to prove.
4. I hope this doesn't lead to more violence. I hope the political left will call for calm.

I don't think the outcome of the trial would have been different with another judge.
The judge seemed to have some weird ideas about the rights of the jury. I don't know hat to think about that.
