Cheap Camcorder???

Okay I know that's very general here goes...

I'm looking for one that's in the $300-$400 (Canadian dollars) range (maybe $500). I'm not looking for any specific features. All I'm looking for is one with the "flip panel" where we can record without using one-eye (yes, I have a very old school'n camcorder I need to replace). And all I'm looking for is one that plays back on the same camera (transfer to VCR maybe if possible or DVD played back on computer if possible) and of DECENT quality, thanks.

I only know of big name places like Future Shop and Best Buy. I saw one for about $400, I'm looking for something cheaper if possible.
