It’s already started. The lawyers are claiming the papers weren’t served correctly and that a settlement was made in 2009.

A judge has just ruled that the civil case against Andrew can go ahead.

He has just paid a significant sum to settle out of court.

Why do they always offer that? There's no way for justice to be done just by paying money. Makes me sick.

There has been some talk about this on the news.

The focus is on the words Andrew used, at first his lawyers made her out to be after the money and nothing else. Those words have changed, he has now said she's very brave and a legitimate victim.

He's rowed back from actually admitting guilt, but he bloody is.
