Sumac, and everybody else (except you, it seems) knows perfectly well that any manufactured appliance is technically "fixable" because, obviously, whatever part that is not working can be replaced by a new one. His question was whether it was economically fixable. He got plenty of answers advising that it would be cheaper and better to buy a new microwave oven.
