I really need help with Algebra

I am going to be taking algebra in college and I wanted to know where to get help to learn this. I have an Introductory Algebra book 9th edition, and it seems like I'm having a real hard time learning this stuff. Math was always my favorite subject. My teacher last year said I was like a genus because I learned 4 years of high school math in one month. Now that I'm going to be taking Algebra, I am lost. I received an M on this subject last month, so now I have to take it again. Does anyone know how I can get help with this subject. Any special web sites to go to.(Anything) I need to teach myself before this class starts again.
