if 25.75 = 10 and if 1=1 then 23.45 would be = to ???

can anyone solve this and also let me know how it is done.

Meaning no disrespect, this is a meaningless question, since 25.75 does not equal 10.

I think the period is meant to be an undefined operator. Something like "add then divide by 10". I also don't think there is enough information given to answer the question.
