For some reason on the top of both my thighs the skin is a bit spotty ( spots are red), it doesn’t hurt or itch but it doesn’t look very nice. It does feel slightly dry though and is a tiny bit sensitive to touch.what is the cause of it and how do you get rid of the spots?Also is there a way to put pictures on questions?
