Is Trump disappearing?

I just heard a rumor (from a not too unreliable source) that Trump has disappeared. Pence is acting in charge and in his name-dropping has conspicuously not mentioned Trump's name.

Is it possible the Trump administration ended today?

There is serious talk of invoking the 25th amendment (where Pence and the cabinet would declare Trump mentally unfit and Pence would take over). This would be a good way forward.

The best use of the 25th Amendment would be to remove Mr. Biden from office next month.

after inciting the riots today at the US Capitol , invoking the 25th would be the most efficient and legal way that we could get rid of this evil creature. Pence could pardon him of his fed crimes and Trump would only have to deal with the Southern District.
I havent thought out his fony "election fraud" cases .All these are governed under state Constitutions. However, Trumps legal team has avoided using the word "election fraud" because of perjury rules.

Mr. Trump can pardon himself.

And that will eliminate any threat from the Southern District, since they deal only with federal crimes.

The 25th Amendment would be an excellent mechanism for removing Mr. Biden however.

For example, his appealing to "do a little " if you find me 11780 votes in Ga, is a State Crime on election law. I have a feeling that noone is gonna step up and "pardon him"

If he could pardon himself ( in doubt?), I suppose he could free himslf from punishment for inciting todays attempted coup d-e-tat in DC.

I still think hes on meth. His actions are daily getting more and more bizarre.

It is not against the law in Georgia to oppose election fraud.

Opposition of fraudsters is not the criminal act here. Trump seriously asking for just enough votes to be located to give him the win, is

Id agree, IF that were the case. What Trump wanted was to have the Sec " manufacture nonexistent votes" for Trump in the amount of Bidens plurality +1.
Good thing that Rathensberger was an honest man obeying his oath of office and not bending to the criminal request of our felon-in-chief.
All that was recorded and printed in the Sunday (Jan3) Wash Post with a link to the actual phone call .

Of course, not being a barrister Im not sure about the legality of the actual recording. I guess it was recorded like it was the notebook of a news reporter and therefore not subject to any confidentiality agreements or client privilege, or work product rules.

Trump has the authority to call in the National Guard. But it was Pence who took the lead.

I've read that it is legal in Georgia to record a phone conversation without notifying the other party.

There were so many people in on the call...that it was inevitable one of them would record it. And Rathensberger dodged over a dozen earlier calls. Trump had to know he was being taped...just as he had to know he was being taped with Ukrainian president Zelenski.

Trump is a moron...and is as evil as any dictator who has ever lived.

He simply has to be removed from office. Two more weeks with him in that position is too long...too dangerous.

Frank, Ive just re read few above posts from you- know- who and its amazing how dreadfully inane were all the pieces of Trump "truth" that these guys accept unquestionably. They dont ever even question the validity of what they are being spoon fed . Its true that IQ tests measure abilities to absorb nd retain data (like anyone with spergers).They DONT measure abilities at problem solving, creativity, or abstract thought.
