I don’t know anything about it sorry, but your post looks like spam from someone wanting to sell a shower which is probably why you’ve not had any other responses.
You need to start a new thread called something like, broken shower or faulty shower, something like that.
That way a casual viewer will see that you’re not trying to sell something and you need help.
Use the tags as well.
