In truth I am not quite sure how you are defining 'Hitler' ..... Trump is more like some cheap imitation of the endlessly cheap Mussolini for example. Perchance that is yet another book you have failed to read.

People seem to have a real issue separating out what people have done, or been seen to do and who they were/are. Personally I am not a fan of National Socialism; however one has to accept the blatant truth that Hitler, Goebbels and some others in the 3rd Reich administration were true geniuses at what they did. Indeed, they in effect via a false terrorist attack, took over the most democratic country in the world in March 1933 .... Within a year the NSDAP had 'Nazified' every aspect of German life. No more political parties, no more unions, no more newspapers which were not under the auspices of Goebbels. That also goes for the arts in all forms and education in all forms. Goebbels ensured every citizen had a radio, a special radio which did not have the ability to pick up service from outside Germany in most every location.

That all adds up to genius. That is an abject lesson in societal control methods which the vast majority of the public world wide, the 99.9% .... still entirely miss as the 3rd Reich play book is endlessly re-enacted via Neo-liberalism.

Trump is not a genius, rather, he is a paranoid narcissist. Of course as American presidents go, there has been a complete and utter dirth of geniuses from day one. It is never short of amazing how utterly bereft of general world knowledge American people are. Instead they are endlessly caught up in 40 yrs of the 'Wild West' and saluting the flag.

America is not great and it never was. That is a useful fact to start with.

I "define" Hitler as someone who was evil because he had a systematic plan to exterminate a race of human beings. Someone who does not have a systematic plan to exterminate a race of human beings should not be compared to Hitler.

Bush was not Hitler.
Obama was not Hitler.
Trump is not Hitler.

All the discussions about America, or Bidens gun policy, or Obama's crowd sizes, or Trumps restrictions on immigration or Bush's foreign policy, or socialized medicine, or abortion ... these have nothing to do with Hitler.
