I was stationed in Germany for about 4 months. Not enough time to pick up the language. Perhaps a word here or a word there. That's about it.

You have an EZ pass (like system) in your car (a system that let's you drive straight through toll booths without stopping and physically paying for the toll). It automatically bills you every time you drive through the toll booths.

Nope. My license is clean as a well maintained-inspection ready navy ship's deck. So spotless one can eat a five course meal off of it.
