Not for about 6 years thankfully (the last one was driving through the Texas desert on my motorcycle going 90. I never paid it and it appears the judge threw it out anyway). I did get one for an illegal U turn last year but I took care of that one.
False. I tried writing one when I was deployed to Kuwait/Iraq in the first Gulf War but I thought I sounded too whiny so I ripped it up and (seriously) buried it in the sand.
