(I thought I had flu, so was reluctant to call out the doctors when symptoms got worse. But in the end I had to. A doctor who I had never seen before, or since, came to see me. Instantly after examining me he knew I had sepsis. Was rushed to hospital on ICU for a week. I was then told had I been even an hour later getting into the hospital Bubbles would have been a gonna.)

You changed your job then more or less instantly regretted the move.

Sort of True... I was called for Jury Service but was 'challenged'... so stupid was the set-up the trial had to be abandoned because the Clerk Of Court had failed to call enough prospective jurors to allow for the 12 'challenges' of each side... His Honour gave them (Prosecution and Defense) a roasting from the bench, then directed to Clerk Of Court to organise for us on the panel to be excused from Jury Duty ever again! We all got paid and went home...
