2. Some of those albums or CD's are newly released this year.

3. Some of those albums or CD's were released many many decades ago.

4. And some of those albums or CD's were released sometime in between.

5. There have also been many genres of music created over many years.

6. Some examples of some of those music genres might include:

Blues
Country
R&B
Hip Hop
Rap
Gospel
Pop
House
Techno
Soul
Classic Rock
Heavy Metal
Soft Rock
New Wave
Hard Rock
Funk
Jazz
Classical
and a very long list of other music genres.

In regard to Funk/R&B, a must have essential album

would be the album Cameosis by the Funk/R&B group Cameo.

That album was released in the year 1980.

Many albums have a few great songs and lots of fillers. Bob Lind's Elusive Butterfly has that one great song, but I could never get through the rest of it.
