I do not get it.. It is a math problem from a Math book. But I unfortunately do not have the answer - I would really appreciate any hint.

The answer is 100.

Each level of the pyramid adds up to 100. 44+56=100, 36+34+30=100 and 44+28+16+12=100. So the top of the pyramid should be 100 as well to be consistent with the lower levels.
