I have two questions:

State the domain, range and intercepts, if any of f.

1) If 4^(x) = 7, what does 4^(-2x) equal?

2) If 3^(-x) = 2, what does 3^(2x) equal?

1) if 4^x=7 then 4^(-x)=1/7
and 4^(-2x)=4^(-x)*4^(-x)=1/7*1/7=1/49

2) same operation
3^(-x)=2 then 3^x=1/2
and 3^(2x)=3^x*3^x=1/2*1/2=1/4
