. . . back in the 80s, with this guy, he was really buffed, and had some girl-type person hangin' on him, who had a HUGE rack, and there were these bad guys, but the hero kicked some serious @ss.

I suspect it had some photogenic scenes of ass kicking and one pretty female type person getting bullied, plus a kidnapped kid to be rescued. And lots of explosions.

Yep, I remember this movie.
It had that man in it - can't quite recall his name just now - but he was also in that other movie, you know the one I mean.
And the woman was blonde, or perhaps brunette.

I do recall one such movie, in which the protagonist was initially blindsided by the bad guy and so strove to overcome and defeat the bastid.
