Tracking A2K menbers through Corona crisis.

My husbamd and I are home in England, self-isolating, and following all the rules - and presently facing a lockdown of some twelve weeks due to me recently being diagnosed with heart failure and COPD. My question is - then what? With no vaccine in sight and ventilators being in short supply the future isn't exactly rosy.

Ive been making a lot of stews, soups and other types of hearty fare....both of us are checking in via phone various neighbors and relatives, friends and colleagues ....

Here in the States, Trump has been holding these ridiculous marathon televised rambling "LOOK AT ME" parties every day. He drones on for 45 minutes to two hours, insulting the reporters, grumbling how he isn't getting the recognition he deserves, passing along bogus medical advice, and bragging about how many followers he has on FaceBook.. It's a morbid mockery of the direness of the situation.

As to me, my risk factors are minimal. Age, poor blood pressure, poor blood vessels and circulation. But top notch in other areas of my health and staying as upbeat as can, figuring a good state of mind might help.
