Is this sentence clear or is there a better choice:
We have been unable to contact you about moving forward with your project and are asking that you contact us with what your intentions are in having the project completed.

While the sentence is clear, there are moments of repetitiveness.
A more concise presentation:
We have been unable to contact you about moving forward with your project. Please contact us, as to your intentions of having the project completed.
We have been unable to contact you. Please contact us regarding the completion of your project.
