help in identifying the poem and author

In my limited understanding I couldn't found a strong connection...

Try Ovid or Petrarch.

More at ease with those...

Ovid Schmovid . . . he kept changing his story . . .

poems are open to interpretation and in MY limited understanding thats the connection I saw.

I dont know these guys. A brief introduction, please....

the woman being forced to loose her virginity sounds a bit like a short story by Angela Carter.
